Class Teacher required for April 2025
Salary: MPS1 £36,413 to UPS3 £53,994 + 1 SEN Point £2679

Learning Support Assistant vacancy
30 hours per week for 40 weeks of the year to include 5 days Inset + One additional week
Actual Salary approx. £22,375 (Gross Salary grade D £29,763 )
Would you like to work in this exciting primary special school?
Oakleigh School has been judged outstanding by OFSTED where there is ‘seamless teamwork between teachers and support staff and where the input of staff is highly valued’. If you would, then we would like to hear from highly motivated and enthusiastic people, who have experience of working with children with Autism and complex learning difficulties.
You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 or substantial relevant experience.
Usual hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (30 hours per week). This is a term time only post. Flexible working options are available and pay will be adjusted accordingly.

Mealtime supervisor required
12.5 hours per week ( 11.30-2pm) term-time only for 39 weeks of the year to include 5 days Inset
Actual Salary £8,351 (gross salary £27,345)

If you would, then we would like to hear from adaptable, energetic and motivated people to work at our outstanding school. In this vital role you will be supporting our children with learning difficulties through eating, play times and with their personal care. Working hours are 11.30 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday. Flexible working options will be considered.
All staff are offered specialist training and support. Relevant experience is desirable but the right attitude and work skills are essential. A strong ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults is important. Staff benefit from established career progression routes and training in education.
