How is Oakleigh performing?

Oakleigh has achieved excellent results over recent years. For 2014/2015, 2009/2010 and 2006/2007 we were awarded 'Outstanding'. Oakleigh School continues to develop and embrace new ideas and strategies that will support and enable our pupils to make excellent progress.

JULY 2019 UPDATE

Following a visit to the school on 12 June 2019 by Ofsted Inspectors Penny Barratt & Barney Green, Penny wrote to Head Teacher Ruth Harding on behalf of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills to report the inspection findings.

The visit was the first short inspection carried out since the school was judged to be outstanding in April 2015.

We are pleased to announce that Oakleigh School continues to be outstanding.
