NEWLIFE is a charity which supports families with children who are disabled or ill. In particular, they have an information and advice phone line, they offer grants to help families purchase specialist equipment, and have sensory toy pods, which are available for loan for 3 months at a time. Many families have enjoyed the sensory toy pods as it provides a variety of stimulating age appropriate toys so families do not need to buy them.
RAINBOW TRUST supports families who have a child aged 0-18 years with a life threatening or terminal illness and need the bespoke support we offer. They support these families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness and are in the greatest need. Their Family Support Workers provide a life line to these families and children.

SIBS exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings.

SWAN UK (syndromes without a name) is the only dedicated support network available for families of children and young adults with undiagnosed genetic conditions in the UK. It is run by the charity Genetic Alliance UK.
